Exchange any bodysuit, dress, waist trainer or bra for another size within 14 days of delivery. Free pickup, free redelivery, no questions asked.
Conditions
- Unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liner in place.
- Briefs, thongs and any item with a gusset cannot be exchanged or returned, for hygiene reasons. Please use the size guide before ordering these.
- Activewear follows the same 14-day rule.
Refunds
If the replacement size is not available, we refund the full amount to your original payment method, or to your bank account for cash-on-delivery orders, within 5 working days of receiving the item.
How to start
Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form with your order number and the size you need. We arrange the pickup; you hand over the parcel.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it at our cost, no need to send anything back first.
