Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

1. Delivery cost
Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum.

2. Delivery times
- Dubai and Sharjah: 1–2 working days.
- Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: 2–4 working days.
Delivery times start when your order is dispatched. Orders placed before 2 pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.

3. Express delivery (Dubai)
Next-day delivery within Dubai costs AED 25 and is free on orders over AED 350.

4. How your order arrives
Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. You receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as the parcel leaves us. The courier calls you before delivery, so please keep your phone on and add a building name or landmark to your address.

5. Payment
You can pay cash on delivery, by card on delivery, or online by card at checkout. 

6. Failed delivery
If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

7. Outside the UAE
We do not ship outside the UAE yet.
