1. Who we are
This website is operated by Merchadia Online Nova FZ-LLC, a company licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), licence no. 45009705, registered at Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("ZAYNELI", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and information
We make every effort to show our products, colours and sizes accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Compression levels (Everyday, Defined, Maximum) describe how firm a garment feels and are a guide, not a medical specification.

4. Shapewear is not a medical device
Our products are clothing designed to shape your silhouette while you wear them. They do not cause weight loss or permanent changes to your body and are not a substitute for medical advice. If you are pregnant, recovering from childbirth or surgery, or have a health condition, consult your doctor before wearing compression garments. Stop wearing any garment that causes pain, numbness, dizziness or difficulty breathing.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or if we suspect fraud; in that case we refund any amount paid in full.

7. Delivery, exchanges and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and exchanges and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to ZAYNELI or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies.
