Refund policy

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

This policy applies to orders placed on ZAYNELI, operated by Merchadia Online Nova FZ-LLC (RAKEZ licence no. 45009705), for delivery in the United Arab Emirates.

1. Size exchanges
If the size is not right, you can exchange bodysuits, shaping dresses, waist trainers, corsets, bras and activewear for another size within 14 days of delivery. Pickup and redelivery are free of charge.

2. Conditions
Items must be unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, with all tags attached and the hygiene liner in place.

3. Items that cannot be exchanged or returned
For hygiene reasons, briefs, thongs and boxer briefs cannot be exchanged or returned, unless they arrive damaged or are not the item you ordered. Please check the size guide before ordering these items.

4. Refunds
If the replacement size is not available, we refund the full price of the item. Refunds are made to your original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders, within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Your bank may need additional days to show the amount.

5. Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it at our cost, or refund it in full if a replacement is not available. You do not need to send the item back first.

6. How to request an exchange or refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 194 2114, or use the contact form on our website, with your order number and the size you need. We arrange the pickup; you hand over the parcel.

7. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your rights under the consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.
