78% nylon, 22% spandex with four-way stretch. Hand wash in cold water, no bleach, do not iron or tumble dry. Dry flat, away from direct sun.

Sizes XS to 3XL. Choose by your waist and hip measurements. Between two sizes, take the smaller one for a firmer hold or the larger one for longer wear.
